Local Exchanges

Customers located in the Augusta / North Augusta area may exchange unused products within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

Returns for Shipped Orders

If your order was shipped and you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Product must be unused

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Once your return is shipped, please email us the tracking number at candlesoffcampbellton@gmail.com

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once the returned item is received.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at candlesoffcampbellton@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
